    The whole outdoor walkthrough takes anywhere from 20 minutes to more than 1 hour depending on how much time you spend next to each dinosaur.

      All Ticket Sales are Final. There are no Refunds for any weather conditions or for not showing up or for any other reason.
      You can go through only once through the exhibit with your ticket. ( Kids MUST wear socks in Bouncy Castles)

      Do I need to buy my tickets online? 
      -Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate when you visit.

      How will I get my tickets?
      -An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is completed. You can either print it or pull them up on your phone when you arrive at the event. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If you still didn't receive it then email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to make the purchase and confirmation code, if you have it.

      Are Tickets Refundable?
      -Tickets are only refundable if an event is cancelled.

      Can I make changes to my ticket?
      -Email ticket request changes to [email protected]

      How long will the walk-thru take to complete?
      -The tour lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to more than an hour depending how much time you spend next to each dinosaur.

      Will the event be canceled due to rain?
      -No. Our show is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date and time.
